How does payment work?
Once your order is received, we will contact you via email and Telegram with an ABA / KHQR payment link. Your order is dispatched as soon as payment is confirmed.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Some products are in stock while others are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and delivered.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Phnom Penh only, using GrabExpress and other trusted local delivery partners.
Are all your pieces handmade?
All our candles and eco resin pieces are handmade in small batches in our Phnom Penh workshop. Our sprays and aroma bottles are also prepared by us. Our natural incense is handmade by a trusted artisan company, and our accessories (lamps, electric burners, candle care kit) are responsibly sourced from trusted suppliers.
Are your candles made with natural wax?
Yes, all our candles are made with natural soy wax or pillar soy wax, paired with cotton wicks and premium fragrance oils.
Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils?
In all our candles, we use premium fragrance oils. While essential oils are often used in aromatherapy candles, scented candles require oils that remain stable at high temperatures. Fragrance oils in candle making offer a stronger scent throw and a more consistent burn.
How long should I burn my candle each time?
We recommend burning your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time and allowing the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn.
Is it normal that my decorative candle drips?
Our decorative candles are made without chemical hardeners, which means they may drip more than mass-produced candles. This is normal for natural pillar soy wax.
How should I care for my eco resin pieces?
Eco resin items should be wiped with a soft, damp cloth and never submerged in water. They are designed for decorative use and should be handled with care.
Can aroma oils be applied directly to the skin?
No, our aroma oils and sprays are for external use only and must not be applied directly to the skin.
How long do aroma sprays last?
As they are made with natural ingredients, we recommend using our sprays within 6 to 12 months for optimal freshness.
