Making your candle experience safe & enjoyable
- Keep away from flammable objects, materials, and surfaces.
- Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch (6 mm) before each use.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
- Allow the candle to cool completely before handling or moving it.
- Most people use pillar candles for decorative purposes. If lighting a pillar candle, ensure it's placed on a surface that can handle heat and wax drips.
- Our natural pillar candles do not contain chemicals like hardeners, which means they can drip more than mass-manufactured candles.
- To minimize wax drips, allow the first burn to last until the wax melts evenly across the top of the candle.
- Always trim the wick before each use to maintain a steady burn and minimize drips.
Eco resin creations care
Keeping your eco resin pieces beautiful & lasting
- Small air bubbles are a natural characteristic of eco resin.
- Handle with care as eco resin can become brittle if bumped and may break if dropped.
- Each piece is handcrafted, making no two items alike, variations and imperfections are part of what makes every creation one-of-a-kind.
- Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to clean. Do not wash or submerge in water.
- Designed for home decor, it is not recommended for use with unpackaged food or outdoors.
- For decorative purposes, you can place pillar candles on our eco resin trays when unlit. However, if lit, expect drips on the surface.
- For decorative items, occasional application of a gentle polish can help maintain its appearance and sheen.
Aroma essentials
Keeping your aroma products safe & effective
- For room and linen sprays, use in a well-ventilated area and avoid direct contact with eyes or skin.
- Do not spray directly onto delicate fabrics, silk or polished surfaces.
- As our sprays are made with natural ingredients, we recommend using them within 6 months for optimal freshness.
- Aroma oils are intended for burners, diffusers or eco aroma ornaments, not for direct skin application.
- Wax melts offer around 20 to 30 hours of fragrance; once the scent fades, the melted wax can be safely discarded.
- Our soy wax melts are biodegradable in compostable environments.
- Always place incense/ palo santo holders on a heat-resistant surface and keep away from flammable materials.
- Never leave burning incense/ palo santo or active aroma burners unattended.
- Keep all aroma products out of reach of children and pets.
- Store sprays and oils away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve fragrance quality.
Accessories
Preserving the beauty & safety of your tools
- Always place candle lamps and electric burners on a stable, heat resistant surface.
- Ensure proper ventilation when using electric lamps or wax melters.
- Do not move accessories while in use or still warm.
- Clean burners, lamps and tools only once fully cooled down.
- Wick trimmers, diggers and trays should be wiped with a soft dry cloth after use.
- Keep all electrical accessories away from water and moisture.
- Store tools safely when not in use to avoid damage or injury.
