Products & Availability

All our products are either handmade in small batches or carefully curated. Some items may be in stock while others are made to order. Product availability, colors and sizes may vary slightly due to the artisanal nature of our work.

Orders & Payments

Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email and Telegram with an ABA / KHQR payment link. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure or suspected fraud.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Phnom Penh only, using third-party local delivery services. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and external courier conditions.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

Product Use & Safety

Our products must be used strictly in accordance with the care and safety guidelines provided on our website. Sovad Studio shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use.

Sovad Studio shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, injury or adverse reaction resulting from the improper use, misuse, individual sensitivity, allergy, or failure to follow the product care and safety guidelines provided on our website or product packaging. This includes, but is not limited to, reactions to fragrances, smoke, essential oils, heat, fire, electrical use, breakage or improper handling.
