Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is received damaged or defective.
If your product arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email or Telegram, along with clear photos or videos as proof. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Once the issue is verified, we will offer, at our discretion, a replacement or a refund for the affected item only.
We are not responsible for damages caused during transport by third-party delivery services, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier when possible.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method.
