Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Phnom Penh only using trusted local delivery partners such as GrabExpress and similar services.

Processing Time

Some products are in stock, while others are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery timing depends on the selected courier and traffic conditions. Next-day delivery may be available depending on location and availability of riders.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are set at $2, but can be calculated based on your location and will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and Google Maps location. Sovad Studio shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Risk & Transport Responsibility

Once the order has been handed over to the delivery partner, Sovad Studio is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused during transport. However, we will assist in coordinating with the courier when possible.

Tracking information, when available, will be shared via Telegram or email once your order is dispatched.
